STABLE IN THE WILD
Even though I've ridden a bike as long as I can remember, I'm not necessarily a "bike guy," and Lars know how to speak in my terms to clearly articulate what needs replacement, a little lube, and what is totally fine until the next service.
I've had my ENVE MOG serviced by Lars and more recently, a complete bike build when I received my new Factor Ostro Gravel. The attention to detail still blows my mind and without sending Lars any measurements except my saddle height, I haven't made a single mm tweak to my Factor. His passion shines through when he surprises you with a hot waxed chain and correct saddle tilt without mentioning a word to him about it.
The overall process was smooth and efficient, and Lars conveniently picked up and dropped off my bikes at my work within 48hrs.
